Data Deletion Instructions — IGPF Publisher

Last updated: 26 September 2026

IGPF Publisher (“the App”) is a private internal tool used to manage advertising, social media and customer-conversation data on the Meta platforms on behalf of their owners. This page explains how to remove the App’s access and have any stored data deleted.

Option 1 — Revoke access yourself

Open Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites. Find IGPF Publisher in the list, select it and choose Remove. This immediately and permanently terminates the App’s ability to access your data.

Option 2 — Request deletion of stored data

To have any data the App has stored about your account erased, send an email to zdravkov.s.a@gmail.com with the subject line “Data deletion request”, stating the Facebook Page, Instagram account or ad account concerned. The request will be completed within 30 days and you will receive a written confirmation once the deletion is done.

What gets deleted

All access tokens, cached account identifiers, advertising and content statistics, and all conversation metadata the App has stored in connection with your account — including sender identifiers, timestamps, message lengths, message direction and advertisement identifiers. The App does not store message text, so there is none to delete.
