Privacy Policy — IGPF Publisher

IGPF Publisher (“the App”) is a private, internal tool operated by Serghei Zdravkov (sole trader) for managing his own and his clients’ advertising, social media and customer-conversation data on the Meta platforms. The App is not offered to the general public and has no public sign-up.

1. Who we are

2. What data the App accesses

The App accesses, strictly on behalf of accounts that have explicitly granted it access, the following categories of data through the official Meta APIs:

• Advertising account data: campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives and their performance statistics (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions).
• Facebook Page and Instagram professional account data: profile information, published content and aggregated engagement statistics.
• Aggregated audience insights provided by Meta.
• Messaging data, as described in section 3.

The App does not access contact lists, payment card data, or any special categories of personal data.

3. Messaging data

With the account owner’s consent, the App accesses conversations that people start with the business on Instagram Direct and Facebook Messenger. For each conversation the App stores only metadata: the platform-scoped sender id, timestamps, message length, the direction of the message, and — when the conversation was started from an advertisement — the identifier of that advertisement.

The App does not store the text of messages, and does not send messages to customers. This data is used solely to attribute a resulting order to the advertisement that produced it, inside the account owner’s own analytics.

4. Why we process this data

Solely to operate, report on and optimise advertising campaigns for the account owners who granted access, including understanding which advertisement produced which customer conversation and which sale. There is no other purpose.

5. Sharing

Data is not sold, rented or shared with third parties. It is accessible only to the operator and to the owner of the account concerned.

6. Storage and retention

Operational data is stored on servers controlled by the operator, protected by access credentials, and retained only for as long as the corresponding client relationship requires. Access tokens can be revoked at any time by the account owner in their Meta settings, which immediately terminates the App’s access.

7. Your rights

Account owners may at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of the data the App holds about them, and may withdraw the App’s access. See our Data Deletion Instructions.

Any change to this policy will be published on this page with an updated date.
