IGPF Publisher (“the App”) is a private, internal tool operated by Serghei Zdravkov (sole trader) to manage advertising, published content and customer conversations on the Meta platforms for the businesses he serves. It is not offered to the general public and has no public sign-up.
Only the operator and account owners who have explicitly connected their Facebook Page, Instagram professional account or ad account to the App through Meta’s own authorisation dialog.
The App does not send messages to customers, does not store the text of customer messages, and does not sell, rent or share data with third parties.
Account owners may disconnect the App at any time in their Meta settings, which immediately ends its access. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy; deletion is described in the Data Deletion Instructions.
The App uses only official Meta APIs and is operated in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
The App is provided as is, for internal operational use. The operator is not liable for interruptions caused by changes to the Meta platforms.
